Redemption Brewery, the original Tottenham based brewery, bringing their range of cask conditioned and bottled ales to every Ploughman's. Find them in the castle courtyard.

The Harringay and Tottenham WI take over the kitchen of Bruce Castle, with a huge selection of cakes and bakes. Upstairs you'll find them selling their range of preserves, pickles and chutneys. 

Living Under One Sun, our local community Green flag winning community allotment. We never know what they'll bring, but it's always delicious and usually includes home made soup and salads! Find them in the lecture theatre. Their stall selling LUOS honey and their hand made preserves will be outside near the tower.

Fruit Magpie specialises in fruit cheese: a smooth-textured, sliceable jelly with a high fruit content and intense flavour.  All of their ‘cheeses’ are made with high quality surplus fruit from local urban gardens, orchards or allotments which would otherwise go to waste. Handmade in small batches in Tottenham,  find them in the castle courtyard.

Craving Coffee; find them in the lecture theatre selling coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cocktails in inimitable Craving style

Find L'Atypique on the grass, by the tower serving up glasses and bottles of natural, biodynamic and organic wines, including their very popular cloudy prosecco and hot mulled wine.

Ebby's Kitchen; north London based Turkish family bringing authentic Turkish street food including home made kofta wraps. Find them on the grass near the tower. 

North London based Sticky Beaks Christmas menu will range from their Christmas Pig Out, pulled Moroccan Lamb, Spicy Pulled Goat to spicy marinated jackfruit. All meat is British & free-range. Slow roasted for 8 hours & shredded by hand. Find them near the tower. 

Tangy's Tasty Stuff; Tottenham based, half Chinese Malaysian and half English Sophie has had a culinary upbringing which has driven her passion for scratch cooking in an as authentic as possible way.  She specialises in Asian flavours from all over the Far East.  All dishes including the dipping sauces.made from scratch  using high welfare ingredients,   Find her outside near the tower.

Longflint; handcrafted bottled cocktails. Made in Tottenham using pure fruit juices, their own syrups and premium spirits, without the use of any artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Rhubarb & Vodka Seltzer: Rose Hip & Gin Fizz and Ginger & Rum Fuego: find them near the tower.

Tottenham newcomers Don Donburi bring a flavour of Japan to the WinterFest; they've been recommended by someone who's lived in Japan so their dish called Gyudon, (very thinly sliced beef and onions served in a sauce on a bed of rice using high quality rib eye beef, and a tofu version called Yasaidon) should be worth checking out!

Wood Green based Celtic Bakers are joining us this year. Organic is at the heart of their business. They're an organic bakery who take provenance of their ingredients seriously. They make real bread with no additives, or preservatives. 100% of their food waste is either recycled into animal feed or donated to local community projects.  

Maxine Williams, Maxnificently Crafty loves exploring and experimenting with new techniques and materials.  She dyes silk scarves, and tiles & makes jewellery from semi-precious gemstone chips, shrink plastic, leather, silk, to fabric scraps...the list is almost endless.  

Sally Ann designs and makes pretty cards and a huge range of jewellery. Find her in the downstairs gallery.

Victoria Tojeiro is an artist based in Wood Green. She sells original watercolours, giclee prints and cards. Her work is whimsical, and appeals to both children and adults with a childish sense of humour!  Her greeting cards all feature her own designs, originally in water colour or ink,  her wrapping paper and gift tags are designed, and hand printed by Victoria, especially for Christmas. Joan is Lordship Rec's resident photographer and designer. She's bringing cards and calenders based upon her designs, and images taken in the park. Find her in the downstairs galleries.

Sarah Moore was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago until the age of 10. Under the name Woodford and Warner, she makes wonderful premium Sorrel products with no additives or preservatives. Come and try her range of cordials. In the upstairs gallery.

I am the Rainbow;  Tottenham based Rachel is inspired predominantly by music and she also has a love for colour. She'll be bringing prints, cards, drawings,  and jewellery. Find her in the upstairs gallery

Wood Green based Studio 306 specialise in designing hand-crafted high quality ceramics, jewellery, textiles and screen printed products. 

The aim of the studio is to empower disadvantaged local individuals by offering a creative space for those who are recovering from mental illness.  They can rediscover forgotten skills, develop new ones and boost their confidence within a working environment. Find them in the upstairs gallery.

Knitwear designer Jan Horrox, who trained at Walthamstow Art School, will be bringing her range of machine knitted, lambswool felted accesories.  There are new designs for 2016. You'll find full mitten as well as as these stripey mitts. In the upstairs gallery.

Tottenham based ceramicist Harriet Duncan will be bringing a selection of her pots  made of stoneware, terracotta, and black clay. They are all hand built, fired and then glazed.

Read But Not Heard works primarily in fine liner to create drawings to turn into prints.

Recently a short trip to Munich, Budapest and Gozo have inspired the ongoing drawings and print work.  A keen interest in old architecture, ruins and landscapes brings out the curiosity and experimental. Find her in the upstairs gallery.

Eric Beaumont brings his honey in 4, 8 and 12 oz jars harvested from bees foraging on Tottenham marshes, Stoke Newington, Walthamstow, and Chigwell. Honeycomb in 8 oz and whole frame. Baker’s (cooking) honey and rolled candles in several colours. Find him in the upstairs gallery.

Candy Amsden is a local artist/illustrator selling IPad cards of Tottenham. She will being having an exhibition of watercolour paintings at Bruce Castle opening on Jan 11th. Find her in the downstairs galleries.

Quirk and Foible is a Tottenham based designer and maker of stationary, gift boxes, cards. Find her in the upstairs gallery

Briggs Bug Houses; Handmade Green roof Bee, Bug, Bird and Butterfly houses made largely from locally sourced reclaimed and recycled materials. Plants are grown by Alan from offsets and cuttings. Find him outside the castle, near the tower. 

Kids Stuff! All day in the Museum education room (behind the courtyard). Get there early; the activities tend to get booked up quickly!

While the cat's away are a local jazz collective who play regular gigs in North London. They will try anything but their safe territory is jazz standards preferring smooth  Bossas. Come and listen in the music room to the right of the main museum entrance at 1.15pm

Local Tottenham duo Ethel and Austin; imagine a young northern singer songwriter collaborated with an eccentric Japanese female vocalist ... That was the end of The Beatles. Now replace Japanese with Welsh and you have "Ethel and Austin". Nestled in that warm place between folk and soul, inviting you to sing along. Find them in the music room at 2pm.


It's been a tradition that The New Tottenham Singers   lead a carol sing along at the WinterFest. Conducted by the choir’s Musical Director, Tottenham resident, Tom Fowkes.  Find them in the music room at 3pm

London Metropolitan Brass is a traditional British brass band based in Muswell Hill. Set up in March 2013, the band plays regularly in the local community and throughout London. They'll be playing in the music room (to the right of the main entrance) at 4pm

Like a tardis on wheels;  The KinoVan is a mobile cinema showing films from across London, inspired by travelling cinema vans of the 1920s. A unique insight into Haringey's past, with a mix of old home movies and other gems from the archive.
